Monte La Vue Hotel

The place was clean, very neat and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and very hospitable. The security was on point and the place is very safe. There is enough free parking. The location is close to tourist attractions like Montecasino, Fourways Mall, Fourways Farmers Market, etc. The place is aesthetically pleasing. 💯🔥🥹

The friendliness of the staff, they are very welcoming even late at night. The room was excellent everything was clean and the special arrangement for room decor was tops. The bedding is so clean you can smell the fabric softner. It was a cold night and the staff was so pro active to put the heater on for the room and the bedding to help to not freeze. They are very good. Worth every cent. From check in to breakfast the following morning to check out. Thank you

Having stayed there three times before, we knew what to expect. However, they had added more rooms within the building, and at the time of booking, I didn't realize I had reserved one of the new rooms. Upon arrival, I was shown to my room and was immediately struck by the smell of stale cigarettes. I promptly said there was no way we would stay there. They kindly relocated us to another room similar to what we were familiar with, for which we were very grateful. The management have some really great ideas of expanding, however I fear that it may loose it bespoke atmosphere and personal touch if they get too big - time and more stays in the future will tell.

The overall service experience was exceptional! From the location, facilities, every single staff member. They were very helpful, friendly and offered superb service (from the security to every single member on staff during my stay at the hotel!).

The hotel is not so far from the highway so easy to get to place. Your car is safe as they have a closed in car park. Guests can only access the room area with an access card so it is safe. The rooms were very clean and the huge flat screen TV with all the online shows was great. They also have a fridge which other hotels don't always have.
